What to expect on the day of your hair appointment ?
We ask that you arrive on time to your hair appointment, to keep the waiting area at a minimal.
A face mask is no longer mandatory. In the event that you want to wear a mask during your service, we have masks for purchase.
To flatten the curve no additional guests, only the person receiving hair services.
SALON APPOINTMENT CANCELLATION POLICY
Deposits are NON- REFUNDABLE. We reserve your appointment especially for you and we respectfully ask that you give us 48 hr notice for cancellations. In the event that you need to reschedule your appointment it can be done by calling the salon at 209 242 2249 during operating hours. We know life happends however no shows and last minute cancellations will be charged 100% of the service booked. Cancelling LESS than 24hrs BEFORE your appointment can ONLY be cancelled by calling the salon and a fee of 100% of the service booked will be charged.
